health and wellness evaluation (a $175.00 value) at no cost to you. This
offer enables you to meet with our clinic care coordinator to discuss your
health history and goals concerning your whole life inclusive of mind,
body, spirit and emotions. If we are a good fit for each other, our care
coordinator will create a care plan for you and help you select the

Villa Pharmacy is in the front of the complex. We are between Willakenzie
