Dawn Gandalf - QMHP II, MHS, M.Ac Dawn was born in Pontiac, Michigan. She has lived in Arizona, California, Montana, and Oregon. While in Montana she completed her undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Sociology and has a double minor in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She has a Masters in Human Services and a Masters in Five Element Acupuncture. In August 2005, she was ordained as an Inter-faith Minister. Dawn has been a member of an on-going women's healing group for the last 11 years. The focus of the group has been in-depth study and application of many non-traditional healing methods such as plant spirit medicine, gathering and making herbal medicine and flower essences, energetic healing and various shamanic practices. She is also on the Board of Directors for Healing Harvest, a non-profit organization dedicated to healing via horticultural therapy. Dawn has been counseling for over 25 years. Clients included domestic violence victims, chronic and acute mentally ill, sex offenders and victims, department of corrections paroles/probationers and addiction clients (drugs [all] alcohol, sex, food and gambling.) She has worked with children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families. Also she has worked with many diverse populations. Dawn works in all areas of addiction with an inclusive prospective integrating mind/body/spirit approaches. Being an interfaith minister and offering spiritual counseling is another aspect of Dawn's talents. Dawn's interests are gardening, drumming, enriching the lives of children and creating beauty.
