Nordic Walking Poles Gymstick Nordic Walking basic poles come with: a Gymstick instruction/workout poster (see a pdf version) a 60 min Gymstick workout DVD (Incl. 2 Gymstick workout programmes) Original Gymstick The stick is made of light and durable fibreglass. Its length is 130 cm, or as long as the grip of a weightlifting bar. The grips are made of soft foam, and therefore it is easy to hold the stick even when your hands are sweaty. Telescopic Gymstick The GYMSTICK Telescope is made of light and durable fibreglass. The stick consists of three pipes. When the stick is opened, it is 117 cm long; when it is closed it is 71 cm long and fits easily into a suitcase. The GYMSTICK Telescope has a simple and endurable quick lock –mechanism.
